Narva Art Residency (NART) is a cultural platform founded in 2015. It facilitates residencies, art exhibitions, talks and educational workshops. Narva Art Residency (NART) operates under the auspices of the Estonian Academy of Arts, in collaboration with Narva Gate OÜ and with the support of the Estonian Ministry of Culture.

TExTOUR project

The goal of the TExTOUR project is to improve the economic and social conditions of 8 pilot regions with rich cultural and historical heritage, including the city of Narva and specifically the Kreenholm area, through the development of cultural tourism.
TExTOUR has received a grant from the EU Horizon 2020 Program. The total budget for the project, covering all 17 partners, amounts to €3,950,468.75.

Narva Kreenholm Cultural Quarter „Manufaktuur“

The project "Narva Kreenholm Cultural Quarter MANUFAKTUUR" is a multifunctional cultural environment that hosts events from various fields, attracting both Estonian and international audiences and cultural creators from around the world. As part of the project, the renovated spaces will encompass the first, second, and third floors of the old spinning mill building on Kreenholm Island, totaling approximately 20,000 square meters. Establishing the Cultural Quarter will open this unique, architecturally, and culturally significant urban space to the public, showcasing the heritage of the past.
