The single-story building, with its interesting architectural design, is a fine example of 1970s architecture.

In the central part of the building, there is a tall passage hall. The passage hall features glass facades with wide glass doors on both the city side and the Kreenholm territory side. The hall has a sculptural roof, with non-vertical sides covered in copper plating.
